Favorite Trails: Riding the 7 stanes, welsh trails and home trails in the lake district
About Me: Well iv been out of the game for a long time as very busy with work for the last couple years. In the process of building my bikes back up, and hitting some trails now i have a van too. Recently moved to Windsor so if anyone wants a ride partner in the area or can point me in the directions of some good trail it would b much appreciated!

quotes I am not going to watch these as I think it is wrong that pinkbike is tyring to promote this as entertainment. I watched my friend snap his neck and hes been paralysed from the neck down for 7 years now and it took me 3 years to go near a bike again. i took my bike to 2 bikeshops today about the forks. the 1st one never had a clue, went crazy with a mallet like i did. he was gonna try a metal one but i wudnt let him lmao.

2nd shop... 4 taps with a mallet in the right place.. out no probs
